We assist with the orderly administration of estates following death, including guidance through the probate process and obtaining a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee where required. Our services support executors and families in identifying and valuing assets, settling debts and taxes, coordinating with financial and legal professionals, and ensuring assets are distributed in accordance with the will and applicable Ontario law.

We provide support with guardianship matters in accordance with Ontario’s Substitute Decisions Act, including applications to appoint a guardian of property where an individual is incapable of managing their financial affairs. Our role includes preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with medical and financial professionals where appropriate, and helping ensure that decisions are made in the individual’s best interests and in compliance with legal obligations.

We serve as independent Estate Trustees or trustees where a neutral and experienced professional is required. Our services include responsible asset oversight, financial management, clear record-keeping, and transparent communication with beneficiaries, while ensuring the trust or estate is administered in accordance with the governing documents and applicable Ontario law.
