Miguel Martins Pereirinha, Canadian Immigration Lawyer

Miguel Martins Pereirinha is a Canadian immigration lawyer based in Vancouver, British Columbia, practising exclusively in Canadian immigration law, including litigation before the Federal Court of Canada. He works with Slayen Immigration Law and Miguel Martins Pereirinha Law Corporation, advising individuals, families, and businesses on the full range of immigration matters: permanent residency (Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs), spousal and family sponsorship, work and study permits, visitor visas, inadmissibility and temporary resident permits, and citizenship applications and appeals. Miguel is a graduate of the University of Kent and the University of British Columbia, and was called to the bar in 2021 as a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
