Roy C. Filion, Q.C.

Roy is one of the Firm’s founders. During his distinguished career of over 50 years, he practiced primarily in the area of labour and employment law.

During his years in practice, Roy had extensive experience representing employers before the courts, federal and provincial labour boards, arbitration boards, and other administrative tribunals. He also has extensive experience in collective bargaining, mediation and all forms of dispute resolution.
