Robert J. de Guzman

Robert de Guzman (He/Him/His) is the national co-leader of the Banking and Finance group and practices in the Dentons Edmonton office. His practice includes a focus on both financing and general corporate/commercial matters. He assists both lenders and borrowers with financing transactions, which allow businesses to obtain funds necessary to meet their goals and objectives.
