Since completing law school and being called to the bar in 2007, I have practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law. My practice encompasses all aspects of Family Law including but not limited to, decision making responsibility (custody), parenting time (access), child support, spousal support, property division, separation agreements, marriage contacts and cohabitation agreements.

I am also certified as a collaborative family lawyer. Collaborative family law is a legal process premised upon reaching an out of court settlement, while focusing on the individual goals and interests of clients. It is a nuanced approach to family law, that seeks to prioritize the needs of the family rather than the strict adherence to legal principles.
